Standard portable-toilet rentals include a clean, stocked unit. Monthly rentals include scheduled once-weekly service. Twice-weekly service is available for an additional charge.

We confirm availability, pricing, access instructions, and a safe, level placement area that our service truck can reach.

Receive clean, stocked units
We deliver the portable toilets ready for use and place them in the agreed location.

Scheduled weekly service
Standard long-term rentals generally include weekly pumping, cleaning, deodorizing, restocking, and an inspection unless your quote states otherwise.

Final pickup
When the rental ends, contact us to coordinate pickup. We remove the units and complete the final service.
What weekly service includes
Regular service keeps every unit ready to use.
Standard monthly rentals include one scheduled service each week. Busy jobsites and high-use locations can add a second weekly service for $55–$75 per additional visit, depending on location, unit count, and site access.

Santa Fe Industrial Rentals provides professional service for customer-owned portable toilets throughout our service area. This option is ideal for contractors, industrial sites, event operators, property owners, and portable-restroom companies that own their units but need a dependable vacuum truck and sanitation route.
The standard $50 weekly visit includes pumping, cleaning, deodorizing, inspection, and toilet-paper restocking. Applicable sales tax is additional. One-time service, multiple units, distant locations, restricted access, or nonstandard supply needs may require a separate quote.

Units must be safely accessible to our service truck. The $50 weekly rate applies to each standard customer-owned portable toilet at an accessible local service location.
Keep the unit reachable
Our service truck needs a safe, clear route to the unit. Please keep gates accessible, vehicles and materials out of the way, and let us know before relocating a unit.
Removed and properly disposed
Waste is pumped into our service vehicle and transported for disposal at an authorized wastewater facility in accordance with applicable requirements—it is not dumped at the jobsite.
No hazardous materials
Do not place chemicals, oil, paint, concrete, construction debris, wipes, diapers, or other trash in the holding tank. Report damage or service concerns promptly.
